RETURN POLICY

We love our customers and want you to love your purchases without the stress of being stuck with an item you don’t like. We understand the difficulties of shopping online and are committed to providing top-notch service so you can always feel confident shopping with us.


Returns

Moss Earplugs will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unopened

  • There are no visible signs of damage

  • All original packaging is intact

  • Any sign of damage or use will void the Moss Earplugs guarantee

  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days

Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) and your order number.

For all return or exchange requests, please contact Support@mossearplugs.com and include your order number and reason for return or exchange. Requests will be handled according to the rules stated on this page.


Exchanges (if applicable)

For all exchange requests, please contact Support@mossearplugs.com and provide your order number and reason for exchange. Exchanges are only available for unopened and unused items.


Return Shipping (if applicable)

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

There is often processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (typically 2–3 business days). If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us at Support@mossearplugs.com so we can investigate.


Gifts

Follow the instructions above for returning online orders. If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Support@mossearplugs.com within 48 hours of delivery.

If the damage is not reported within this time frame, we may not be able to honor your claim. We use carrier delivery confirmation and tracking timestamps when reviewing damage or return requests.
