To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOSS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Products are provided "as is" except for warranties required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
