MOSS Earplugs ("MOSS", "we") operates mossearplugs.com and is based in the United States.

Name, email, shipping address and order details when you buy; messages you send via the contact form; basic device and browsing data via cookies and pixels.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment data it processes.

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure ads. This can share events like page views and purchases, and hashed contact details, with Meta.

To fulfil orders, provide support, measure advertising and improve the site.

We keep order records for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes, and support messages for up to 2 years. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data for targeted advertising.
